Q1. How do I become an adiPlayer member?
A1. If you qualify, you must purchase a men or women's product package to become a member. After your initial purchase you can buy more packages and/or extra items at up to half-off retail prices for a full calendar year.

Q2. I ordered the wrong size, can I return items?
A2. Yes. Go here to print a return from and learn how to return your items. Also, please refer to the size charts on the product pages to make sure you order the right size in the future.

Q3. I was an adiplayer member last year, why do I have to send in my qualification documentation again when I purchase
A3. adiPlayer membership is good for one year. After a year of membership you must both re-verify qualificaion and purchase at least one package to remain a member.

Q4. Can I buy stuff for my buddies or my family?
A4. Once a year, normally during th holiday season we open the inventory to allow you to purchase for your friends and family.

Q5. Can I make substitutions to the package items because I only wear T-Shirts?
A5. No, the packages listed are all we offer. We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade the program and if you would like to consider a suggestion please email it to us at info@team3stripes.com. NEW - we now have several packages from which to choose!!!

Q6. How do you suggest taking care of the new high performance, moisture management apparel so it doesn't snag or get stinky?
This is a question we have gotten since the advent of moisture management materials over ten years ago. There are several steps which will insure great performance. 1. When you take off your clothes and before you wash them, turn them inside-out. This is important because the washer and drier are tough on your clothes. This is where most snags come. 2. Wash in cold water using only low-sudsing detergent. NO bleach, NO all-fabric bleach and NO fabric softener. All those have chemicals which stay in the material, potentially causing discoloration. Not to mention the chemicals also interact with body odor to cause your clothes to stink. 3. Dry them on the lowest drier temperature setting. With the applied logos and stripes this will keep everything in place where it should be.
Hopefully by following those steps you will be buying new clothes because you are tired of the old ones, not because they are worn out!

Q7. Do the shoes I buy on the adiPlayer qualify for the wear guarantee?
You bet they do - assuming they are a wear-guarantee style like the Barricades. There is paperwork in every box with instructions on how to return them. Be sure to keep your receipts so you can send the shoes in if you wear them out within the warranty period. Questions on the wear guarantee program should be directed to 1-800-448-1796.

Q8. My size does not show up, what gives?
We attempt to bring in product in large numbers based on the program's history. Sometimes an item may be much more popular than expected and we will run out. Sometimes it can be that the factory did not produce the size runs we ordered and we didn't get them in the first place. Bottom line, keep checking the site and order early for best availability when new products are introduced.

Q9. I have some ideas on how to improve the program, but most places don't listen. If I take the time to make suggestions, will you at least consider them?
You better believe it! In 2011 we totally overhauled the program with the help of member comments!!! We went from offering one men's and one women's package to offering five for each. Plus, we are always looking to get products you, the member, want that fall within the guidelines of what we want to see on our sponsored athletes.
