Program Conditions

• adiPlayer membership is solely for qualified applicants and is for personal use only. Items are not for resale.
• To become an adiPlayer member, the application must be filled-in and mailed or faxed with your first product package order. Verification of qualification must accompany all applications.
• adiPlayer members may order in their size only, for their use only.
• adidas may refuse purchasing privileges if misuse of the program occurs.
• There are two product collection updates a year, one in Spring and one in Fall.
• adiPlayer members may purchase as many product packages per year as they like, but must purchase at least one per year to maintain their membership.
• “Extra Items” may be purchased only after the initial product package order for the year has been processed. For example, if an adiPlayer member purchases a Fall package they may purchase extra items from both the Fall and next Spring extra item collections up until the next Fall collection is available. When the next Fall collection is available, the adiPlayer member must purchase the Fall package to maintain membership.
• Payment must be made by credit card, certified check or money order. No personal checks can be accepted.
• The package and extra item price does not include shipping and handling charges.
• All products are shipped ground freight unless otherwise specified. Ground freight costs an additional $15.00; express freight is available for an additional charge.
• NOTE :: Pictures may not clearly represent actual product. Products and/or color substitutions may be made if pictured product is not available.
